Our products may include items that fall under the Munitions List (MLI) or Commerce Controlled List (CCL), which are controlled by the US Government. Please note that in most cases, these items cannot be transferred (exported, sold, or given) to a foreign country, non-US citizen/national, or non-permanent US resident without a valid export authorization from the State/Commerce Department.

As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to understand and comply with the applicable requirements and obtain all necessary authorizations, licenses, or approvals. The use, disposition, export, and re-export of the products covered by this sale are subject to the provisions of relevant laws, including but not limited to the Arms Export Control Act, Export Administration Act of 1979, International Traffic in Arms Regulations, Export Administration Regulations, Foreign Assets Control Regulations, and the Espionage Act.

By accepting delivery of our products, you (the purchaser) represent and warrant that you are not an embassy or any agency or subdivision of a foreign government. If you are an embassy or agency/subdivision of a foreign government, please provide us (the seller) with a copy of the State/Commerce Department export license or license number that permits you to receive and export the materials covered by this sale.
